Chirrup was founded by tour operators who got tired of juggling phone calls, texts, booking notifications, and review requests across a dozen different tools. We built the platform we wished we had — one place for every guest conversation, powered by AI that actually sounds like your team.
Our story
Our founders were both knee-deep in the travel industry — one running a surf school, the other a boutique call center. They hit it off right away, bonding over the shared struggle of juggling customer service while trying to focus on what they loved most: creating amazing experiences for their customers.
When COVID hit and put the travel industry on pause, they knew they had to do something. They put their heads together and decided to create the tech they wished they had all along — a platform to help operators communicate with their customers without breaking a sweat.
They poured their hearts into Chirrup, drawing from their own diverse backgrounds and experiences to build something that truly speaks to the unique needs of tour and activity companies. Not another generic CRM. Not another chatbot platform. Something built from the ground up for the way operators actually work.
