Hey there! We're the team behind Chirrup, and we get what it's like to be a small business owner in the travel industry because, well, we've been in your shoes.

Our founders were both knee-deep in the travel biz, one running a surf school and the other a boutique call center. They hit it off right away, bonding over the shared struggle of juggling customer service while trying to focus on what they loved most – creating amazing experiences for their customers.

When COVID hit and put the travel industry on pause, forcing one of our founders to close up shop, they knew they had to do something. They put their heads together and decided to create the tech they wished they had all along – a platform to help small businesses like theirs communicate with their customers without breaking a sweat.
